Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University is a deemed to be University
accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). SOA
University grants admission to its various UG and PG courses on the basis of
Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University Admission Test (SAAT). The entrance
examination of SAAT is conducted once in a year. Admission into dental and
medical programmes is done through NEET. |

SAAT Exam Pattern 2018 |
SAAT
exam pattern 2018 will help the candidates to get the details about the
structure of the exam. The examination pattern varies according to the
course.
• Question Paper Type: All the questions that will appear in the
examination are of objective type.
• Number of Questions: There will be 60 questions from every subject per
each hour of the examination. Total 120 questions will be asked in M.Tech
exam. The question paper of B.Tech will include questions from Physics,
Chemistry and Mathematics subjects.
• Exam Mode: The examination will be held in offline mode (PBT).
• Medium of Question Paper: The language of the question paper will be
English.
• Marking Scheme: Each correct response is followed by 4 marks.
• Negative Marking: There is negative marking. One mark will be deducted
for each incorrect response. |
SAAT Syllabus
2018 |
As
SAAT is conducted for various courses. Therefore, the syllabus is different
for each course. The syllabus for B.Tech/DDE/B.Pharm/B.Sc Ag./B.Sc Nursing
comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology (Botany or Zoology)
subjects. It is basically of 10+2 standard. For Engineering (LE), the
questions will come from Basic Electrical Engineering, Mathematics &
Engineering Mechanics. |
SAAT Admit Card
2018 |
• The admit card will be issued in the last week of April
2018.
• To download the SAAT 2018 admit card, you have to login using your
credentials.
• Along with admit card, students also have to bring one identity proof at
the examination hall. |
SAAT Result
2018 |
• Candidates can see their result through the official website
of SOA University.
• SAAT 2018 result will be announced in the third week of May 2018
tentatively.
• Separate merit list will be published for each course and for categories
as well. |
SAAT Cut Off
2018 |
SAAT
cut off 2018 will be released after the completion of exam. Cut off marks
will be different for different categories. Cut off will depends upon various
factors such as difficulty level of question paper, seats availability, etc. |
SAAT
Counselling 2018 |
• SAAT 2018 counselling will be conducted in Siksha ‘O’
Anusandhan University Campus.
• Option exercising will be done through online mode.
• Documents will be verified at the time of counselling. Seat allotment is
based on candidate’s merit & choices filled. |
