Sam Higginbottom Institute Of Agriculture, Technology, And Sciences
had been set up as an educational institution of Christian Minority of the
Indian Constitution. The institution conducts an annual entrance
examination—popularly abbreviated as SHIATS-EE, for admission to its courses
at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Foreign candidates and NRI
students are exempt from taking the entrance examination.There are several
postgraduate diploma courses too for which candidates can take SHIATS 2018
exam. |

| Eligibility Criteria |
• Students must have to satisfy the
norms and conditions to be eligible for SHIATS 2018. The eligibility criteria
for UG and PG courses are different.
• Qualification: For UG course, Candidate
must be passed 10+2 with minimum 50% Marks (45% for reserved categories). For
PG course, Candidate should have Bachelors degree with minimum 50% Marks (45%
for reserved categories).
• Age Limit: There is no age limit
restriction to be eligible for SHIAT 2018 Examination. |
| Application Form |
• Application Form Dates: The application form for SHIATS 2018 will be available
from 2nd December 2017 in both online and offline mode.
• Payment:
The candidates have to pay the application form fees, the application fee is
INR 1,200/- for UG and PG programmes and INR 1,400/- for B.Ed. and M.Ed.
programmes.

• Download:
The candidates who filled the SHIATS 2018 application form successfully, they
can download the admit card from the official website.
• Credentials:
The candidates should have to enter Application Number, Date of Birth, and
Email ID to download the admit card.
• Availability:
The SHIATS 2018 admit card will be available from 8th May 2018. |

Pattern |
• Mode:
SHIATS 2018 Examination is Pen-paper based exam. The exam will be conducted
in offline mode.
• Questions:
There will be total 150 questions for UG programmes, 160 questions for PG
programmes and 200 questions will be asked in B. Ed. & M.Ed. programmes
in SHIATS 2018 exam. |

Results |
• Declaration: The result of SHIATS 2018 will be declared on 20th June
2018.
• Candidate can get their result on the official websites. |

Counselling |
• Commencement: The process of SHIATS 2018 counselling starts from 3rd
July 2018.
• Registration:
Candidates have to register themselves for the counselling process by paying
the counselling registration fees. |
