Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research (SICSR) aims at
building future leaders for the IT industry worldwide by imparting world
class IT education to them. We offer state-of- art information technology
education for building leading-edge and innovative IT applications. The
fuSICSRmental principles on which we lean on are to use IT in all that we do so
that our students are technology savvy and are practicing what they learn namely
the use of IT to solve business problems. Information Technology (IT) is a

applications. Information Technology also plays a vital role in development
of next generation technologies in other disciplines. IT has become a

in the Under Graduate and Post Graduate Courses in IT and Management. SICSR

| Eligibility |
Candidate should be Graduate from any recognised University/
Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent
grade (45% or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes.
Candidates appearing for final year examinations can also apply, but their
admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent
grade (45% or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes
A candidate who has completed qualifying qualification from any Foreign
University must obtain an equivalence certificate from Association of Indian
Universities (AIU).

| How to apply |
For seeking admission to the Symbiosis Institute of Computer
Studies and Research [SICSR] students should complete the following procedure
:
Step I:
The applicant must register and pay online for SNAP (Symbiosis National
Aptitude Test) Examination, 2017. SNAP 2017 test fee is INR 1750/- (+
applicable Payment gateway charges, GST and any other taxes) . This is not
refuSICSRble. For more details please visit: http://snaptest.org/
Step II:
While registering for SNAP, applicant has to also apply for SICSR in the
same application form. A registration fee of Rs. 1000/- (+ applicable Payment
gateway charges, GST and any other taxes) is to be paid to SICSR for each
programme that the aspirant wishes to apply. This is maSICSRtory, without which
the applicant will not be considered for short-listing for the GE (Group
Exercise) PI-WAT (Personal Interview and Writing Ability Test) process for
the respective programme(s). |
