Medical Entrance Test conducted by Baba Farid University Health Science.
Punjab PMET conducted admission to M.B.B.S and B.D.S courses in the state of
Punjab. This exam is a state level medical examination. Every year huge
number of students appears in the Punjab PMET. Those students who are looking
for admission in MBBS and BDS programmes can apply for this examination. It
is expected this year also many students participate in this exam. The online
submission of application form for Punjab PMET 2017 will be available on the
official website of Punjab PMET 2017 which is www.bfuhs.ac.in. |
| Important Notice |
| The
date of Punjab Medical Entrance Test (PMET) has been rescheduled, due to
unavailability of adequate computers on the earlier scheduled date of
examination.Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot has
been forced to change the date of Punjab Medical Entrance Test (PMET), due to
unavailability of adequate computers on the earlier scheduled date of
examination.As per the new notification, the entrance test will now be held
on May 2017 as announced earlier.Over 16,000 students have applied for the
PMET 2017, for seeking admission to about 2,100 MBBS and BDS seats in seven
medical and 14 dental colleges in the state.This is the first time that BFUHS
Faridkot is conducting the PMET online. |
The
question paper and answer key of PMET 2017 will be available on the
university website on April 2017. Last date for submission of objection(s)
regarding question paper and answer key of PMET 2017 is upto April 2017 by 5
pm.The results would bedeclared by May 2017.

| PMET 2017 Application Form |
| Candidates who apply for the PMET 2017, they can
get the application form from the official site. The PMET 2017 Application
Form will be filled through online mode. The application form will be
available in the month of April 2017 (tentative). After filling the
application, candidates take the print copy of the filled application form
for the further reference. There is no need to attach any documents with the
application form. |
| Punjab PMET Eligibility |
Candidate should be a bonafide resident of
Punjab.
Candidates must have completed the age of the 17 years on or before 31st
December of the admission year.
Candidates have to qualify 10+2 examination or other equivalent examination
with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English
individually.
They have to secure at least 50% marks (40% marks in case of the SC/BC
category & 45% for Persons with Locomotor Disability of Lower Limbs)
taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology.
Appearing candidates can also apply. |
